WHAT IS AN ON-CALL SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE?

An “on call” snow service is when you send us either  a text or call too get added onto our separate service list throughout a 24 HR period.

WHEN DO I CALL FOR A SERVICE?

As soon as you possibly can! 


Being prepared with us for  each snow event is key to receiving your service in a timely & organized manner throughout snow events.

WHEN WILL MY DRIVEWAY BE SERVICED?

Once you are confirmed on our” on call” service list for this event there will be a waiting time as soon as snow stops.

 

R&S landscaping team is working hard  around the clock during these heavy events, due too the volume of inquiries during heavy events we can not  guarantee service times.


But we do send out messages on what position your property sits in queue throughout the snow event.
