An “on call” snow service is when you send us either a text or call to get added onto our separate service list throughout a 24 HR period.
As soon as you possibly can!
Being prepared with us for each snow event is key to receiving your service in a timely & organized manner throughout snow events.
Once you are confirmed on our "on call” service list for this event there will be a waiting time as soon as snow stops.
R&S landscaping team is working hard around the clock during these heavy events, due to the volume of inquiries during heavy events we can not guarantee service times.
But we do send out messages on what position your property sits in queue throughout the snow event.
Note: This service does NOT include an additional property check after city plow build up.
